Join us for our 40th Summer!
July Summer Camp 2026

A week of experiencing farm life at Harrogate is a great change of pace for kids who are often required to spend much of their time in the digital world.

The day includes a one-hour riding lesson in the morning, while the afternoon is devoted to gaining hands-on experience with the horses. Theory lessons can include learning about equine anatomy, illnesses and ailments, vital signs, stable management, and safe handling and leading… all by way of fun activities and games.

Since 1985, Harrogate Hills has been dedicated to improving the welfare of horses through enriching the education and character development of our students. Our philosophy has always been that the kindest treatment of the horse is gained through knowledge, which is reflected in all our programs.

On the Friday of each Session, parents are welcomed to join us for ‘Show Day’ where campers get to showcase all they’ve learned throughout the week.

Campers work through Harrogate’s Summer Camp Level Program. Campers leave the week feeling accomplished with a report card on what they’ve achieved and what to keep working toward. Each camper gets an Achievement Certificate for the level that they accomplished!

Not sure what your horse lover needs to bring to camp?
